LANGUAGE
The conference official language is :
French for the French Speaking Sessions (3 July)
English for the ENMESH Conference (4-6 July)

PRESENTATION FORMAT
Contributed oral presentations are organised in 12 min slots, so please aim for 10 minutes of presentation at most and leave time for discussion.
Please adhere to the schedule. If your presentation exceeds the allocated time the session chair will intervene.

TECHNICAL DETAILS
Please bring your presentation on a USB key.

Format for presentation: 16:9 ratio PowerPoint for Windows. If you prepare your presentation on a Mac computer, when choosing fonts for your presentation, please use the fonts you find on the Windows Office Compatible sub-menu and you’ll have no trouble with PowerPoint for Windows. It may be useful to bring a PDF version of your slides as a back-up.

Please upload your slides to the computer in the room dedicated to your presentation before your session (during breaks). The assistant of the room will help you.

ALLOTED TIME
Your poster will be exposed during the whole conference and will be discussed by members of the ENMESH Executive Committee during the designated session. Please ensure that you are present at your poster during this time.

POSTER DIMENSIONS
To ensure that your poster can be displayed properly, its size must not exceed 84 cm in width and 120 cm in height, which corresponds to the A0 format.

POSTER INSTALLATION
Please install your poster as soon as possible when you arrive at the conference venue.
Each board will be numbered in the upper left corner. Please place your poster presentation on the board with the number to which you have been assigned.
Pliers will be available to mount your poster.
