Registration fees for the conference includes name badge, access to the Official Welcome Reception, scientific sessions, scientific abstracts (in electronic form), wifi internet access, coffee breaks (on July 4, 5 and 6), and lunch breaks (on July 4 and 5).

French-speaking Sessions & Conference (Wednesday 3 July 2024)

The 3 July French-speaking event is accessible upon registration, with no specific charge. The French-speaking conference and sessions can be attended as a side event of the main English-speaking conference. Registration is also possible for the French-speaking event only (with no charge).

L’accès à la journée francophone est gratuit sur inscription. L’inscription à la journée francophone peut être prise de manière autonome ou dans le cadre d’une inscription au congrès anglophone.
 

International payments will be possible by credit card or by bank transfer.

• Payment by credit card will be available during the online registration process. No credit card fee will be charged. Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent by email.
• Upon request of payment by a bank transfer, an invoice will be sent including all payment details via email. Corresponding bank charges shall be covered by participants.
